If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom and incorporate the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR where personal data is involved.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase courses. The site is intended for individuals and organisations based in the United Kingdom and other permitted jurisdictions. You may access course materials, watch videos on spotlight interviews, stage visuals, camera coordination, lighting setups and show-coverage workflows solely for personal or internal professional development. Commercial redistribution, resale or public performance of downloaded content is not permitted without prior written consent from starzephy.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not attempt to copy, scrape or reverse-engineer site content or course files. Harassment of other users, posting offensive material in any submission area, or using the site to promote competing services is forbidden. Any activity that breaches the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or interferes with the security of the platform will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where accounts are created for course access or progress tracking, you remain responsible for keeping login details secure. Any materials you submit, such as project files or feedback for review, grant starzephy a non-exclusive licence to use them for service improvement and quality assurance. You warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights. Accounts may be terminated for breach of these terms without refund where payment has already been processed.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, video, diagrams and workflow templates remain the exclusive property of starzephy or its licensors. Trade marks and logos may not be reproduced except for the limited purpose of linking back to the site in non-commercial contexts. Fair dealing under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is respected, but this does not extend to systematic reproduction of course modules.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination
starzephy aims to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, updates to course content or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms. Either party may terminate the relationship by ceasing use of the site; paid courses already accessed are non-refundable except where required by consumer law.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, starzephy makes no warranty that content will meet specific technical requirements or produce particular results in real-world shows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the above, total liability arising from use of the site or courses is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This cap applies to direct losses only and does not cover indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or business interruption, except where such exclusion is prohibited by statute.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify starzephy against claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of course materials or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights through content you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the UK European Consumer Centre or approved ombudsman schemes where applicable.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remaining terms continue in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. starzephy may update these terms from time to time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
